Bulk operations let you work with multiple items simultaneously, saving time on repetitive tasks.

What Are Bulk Operations?

Bulk operations apply actions to multiple items at once:

Selecting Multiple Items

Selection Methods

Performing Bulk Edits

Basic Bulk Edit

1. Select Items

   Use selection methods to choose items

2. Click Bulk Action

   Click the bulk action button or menu

3. Choose Operation

   Select the operation to perform

4. Configure

   Set values for the bulk operation

5. Review

   Review items that will be affected

6. Apply

   Confirm and execute the operation

Bulk Edit Fields

When bulk editing, you can typically change:

Increment	Add/subtract amount
Percentage	Increase/decrease by %
Clear	Remove value from all

Bulk Operations by Feature

SKUs: Bulk Edit

1. Go to SKUs

   Navigate to the SKU list

2. Select SKUs

   Choose the SKUs to edit

3. Click Edit

   Open bulk edit panel

4. Set Values

   Change desired fields:

   • Status
   • Collection
   • Dimensions
5. Apply

   Save changes to all selected

Forecasts: Percentage Adjustment

1. Go to Forecasts

   Navigate to demand forecasting

2. Select Rows

   Choose SKU/channel combinations

3. Choose Percentage

   Click percentage adjustment

4. Enter Value

   Enter percentage (e.g., +10% or -5%)

5. Apply

   Apply to all selected periods

Transactions: Create from Recommendations

1. Go to Supply Plan

   Navigate to scheduled orders

2. Select Recommendations

   Choose orders to create

3. Click Create Drafts

   Generate draft transactions

4. Review

   Check created drafts

5. Submit

   Submit drafts as needed

Bulk Export

Exporting Selected Items

1. Select Items

   Choose items to export

2. Click Export

   Open export menu

3. Choose Format

   Select CSV, Excel, or PDF

4. Download

   Save the file

Always check before bulk operations:

• Verify selection count
• Preview affected items
