Click on any transaction in the transactions list to open its detail view.Detail View Layout
The transaction detail page includes:- Header: Name, status, type, and quick actions
- Tabs: Different aspects of the transaction
- Action Buttons: Status-appropriate actions
Header Section
Key Information

Draft Transactions
When in draft status:- All fields are editable
- Can add/remove line items
- Can change supplier/warehouse
- Not affecting inventory
In Progress Transactions
When submitted:- Limited editing (quantity adjustments)
- Can update steps
- Can add documents
- Can add notes
- Inventory is affected
Completed Transactions
When finished:- Read-only
- Full history available
- Can export data
- Used for reference
Cancelled Transactions
When cancelled:- Read-only
- Shows reason for cancellation
- Inventory effects reversed
- Maintained for records
